At SATENA, we are celebrating our anniversary and want to reward our passengers. Throughout the month of April, luck is traveling with us. You could be one of our big winners!

How to Participate?

It’s very simple: All passengers flying with SATENA in April are eligible. Just complete your travel process as usual. Each week, we will select the lucky winners based on the following dynamic:

• Flight 64: We will select flight number 64 of each week.
• Passenger 12: If you are the 12th passenger to check in for that specific flight, you will win a round-trip ticket on our direct routes!

Important Information

• Winners Announcement: The names of the lucky winners will be revealed on April 30.
• Contact: We will contact you directly using the information provided in your booking to guide you on how to redeem your prize.

Requirements and Conditions

To ensure transparency, please note the following:

1. Age: Winners must be over 18 years old.

2. Restrictions: Does not apply to SATENA employees on official duty or tickets under Delta fares.

3. Award Guarantee: In the event the winning passenger cannot be reached or does not meet the terms and conditions, the prize will be awarded to the passenger immediately preceding them (position number 11 in the check-in order).

Prize Ticket Conditions

• Valid only on direct routes operated by SATENA.
• The ticket will have a 100% discount on the net fare. Any applicable taxes and Administrative Fees must be covered by the winner. These costs will be informed via email and must be paid through a provided payment link.
• Validity: The ticket must be issued and used within 3 months starting from April 30.
• The ticket is subject to seat availability and changes without prior notice.
• This ticket is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person or company.
• The winner must provide the passenger's full name and ID within a maximum of 5 days after the award letter is delivered. Failure to provide this information within the timeframe will result in the cancellation of the prize without the right to redeem.
• Ticket issuance requests must be sent at least 15 days prior to the desired flight date.
• Once the ticket is issued, any modification to the route or date will incur additional costs to be covered by the winner, based on the fare class available at the time of the change.
• All penalties or fees resulting from changes shall be covered by the winner.
• The ticket is not exchangeable for cash, not transferable, not endorsable, and cannot be revalidated or extended. It cannot be combined with other promotions.
• Blackout Dates: Does not apply to long weekends (puentes), connecting flights, or high season (Easter/Holy Week, mid-year vacations, school break week, or year-end).
• Cannot be issued by Travel Agencies, Tourism Agencies, or the airline's Commercial Agents.
