Conditions

1. Applies only to direct flights.

2. Additional fee for ticket changes prior to the flight: $140,000, plus fare difference and administrative fee.

3. Additional fee for ticket changes after the flight: $160,000, plus fare difference and administrative fee.

4. Refunds: Not permitted.

5. Right of Withdrawal: Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011. The passenger may withdraw from the transportation contract within five (5) business days following the execution of the contract, provided the ticket was purchased via non-traditional channels (sales made through the SATENA Call Center or website).

6. This right does not apply if the service is scheduled to be performed within five (5) business days of purchase. The airline will refund all amounts paid—excluding the administrative fee and any taxes, fees, or levies that are non-refundable by regulation—within thirty (30) calendar days from the moment the user exercised this right. Requests must be submitted via email to reembolsospol@satena.com, including the passenger's full name, identification document details, and ticket number or reservation code.

7. Cancellation (Voluntary Withdrawal): Not permitted.
